Located on the seafront of Cubelles, the project explores the relationship between collective housing and the Mediterranean landscape. Natural light, views and privacy become the main elements shaping the architectural approach.

The building opens towards the sea through large glazed openings and terraces that extend the living spaces outdoors. The façade creates a subtle interplay of light and shadow, establishing a balance between openness and privacy.

Through a restrained material palette and a direct relationship with its surroundings, the architecture seeks to integrate the Mediterranean landscape into everyday domestic life, where the sea and natural light become essential elements of the residential experience.
